2011 The Year of Difference!!

We'd like to welcome you to the Tabernacle Clarksville Campus(CC) Thrive Youth page. We are so happy to bring to you a year of differences with our Youth Department. As this year progresses, we'll be launching new events, creative ministries, and outreach opportunities for the Youth and Children's Ministry. Pastor Patty Fulton
Children's Pastor at The Tabernacle Clarksville Campus (CC)

Patty comes from the Indian Mound Campus (IMC), where she was Children's Pastor. She is now the full time Children’s Pastor at The Tabernacle Church in Clarksville, TN. She and her husband began work in the Youth Ministry in 1992 at the Victory Tabernacle in Indian Mound as the youth leaders. Patty and her husband were stationed at Ft. Sill in Oklahoma in 1996. They eventually moved back to Ft. Campbell and resumed the role of youth leaders at Victory Tabernacle. In 200, Patty and her husband felt the calling of God to serve along side Pastor Gerald and Barbara Clark at Clarksville Church of God in Tennessee as a part of their Children’s Ministry team. They returned to the Tabernacle in 2002 and Patty continued to serve in the Children’s Ministry until August of 2011. At that time, Patty and her husband transitioned to the Tabernacle Clarksville Campus and is currently serving as the Children’s Pastor. She is actively involved in evangelism and outreach ministries.

Pastor Patty has a heart to see all kids of all ages come to know the Lord at an early age. She does not see their youth age as an obstacle but takes joy in the fact that they will do so much more with the early knowledge and love of Christ. She doesn't want Children's Church to be just a classroom, but a sanctuary for them to seek and find God. With Pastor Patty, your child will be introduced to a new worship experience! One that seeks and pursues what God wants for them! Let your kids be transformed by the word and Love of Christ!

Pastor Derrick & Sonja Martin
Youth Pastor at The Tabernacle Clarksville Campus (CC)

A graduate of Fort Myers Master's Commission(FMMC), Derrick studied for his Pastorals under Bearean Institute. He is currently finishing classes for his credentials. While at Master's Commission, Derrick had the opportunity to travel to Holland on two occasions for missions, once to Copenhagen, Denmark for 2 months as a Master's Commission Exchange Student.  Derrick spent two years as a student in Master's Commission and one as an intern. He was the leader of the J-High Track for the Junior High Youth Group at the church. He has had much experience with Evangelism, Creative Ministries, Outreach Ministry. Derrick met his wife, Sonja while at FMMC.

Derrick came from two broken homes in his life, his parents split when he was only 1 years old, his mom soon remarried. Derrick grew up as an ARMY brat, moving from state to state, country to country. He grew up knowing who Jesus was, he gave his life to Jesus when he was 14.  When Derrick was 17 his family went through a divorce. Derrick began to have a lot of anger and hatred build up inside of him and turned to a nasty chapter in his life. He had a lot of hurt inside of him, but God showed Derrick how to forgive and love those who hurt him.

Derrick believes that God allowed him to go through those hardships and struggles to prepare him for the journey; to awaken this generation out of spiritual death and prepare them for whatever life will throw at them.
